Alice in Burger Land are available for event catering

We can be completely self sufficient. We have our own generator on board so can supply our own power although this is a little noisy so you may prefer us to plug strait into the mains electric supply.  We have a fresh water tank and we can store our waist water which we will take away with us, we also supply bins and take away any rubbish. So once we are gone you will never know we have been there!!!

We cook good food at festivals, carnivals, concerts, private functions, weddings and lots more just ask and we will see what we can do!

Catering Trailer Specifications:

• The measurements of the van are 18 x 8 foot including 2/3 foot for the tow hitch. The height I have not measured but I estimate it is 9 foot.
• We have a small peaugeot partner Alice In Burger Land suport van so extra room should be allowed for this.
• The trailer supply is fed via a 32amp socket but can convert this to a 16 amp socket
• On board is a 5k diesel generator so can provide our own power.
• It has an IP rated consumer unit complete with RCD protection.
• And the trailer is fitted with an earth termination point for connection of an earth stake.
• Equipt with leasure batterys for overnight and transit power suply.
• There is a facility for a 70ltr fresh water storage aboard the burger van.
• 70ltr waist water storage - so there is no waist on site.
• All electrical equipment has been PAT tested.
• Gas equipment has been fitted and tested by a corgi registered plumber.

I have Public, employer and product liability insurance.
I hold Level 2 food & hygiene certificate.
North Cornwall District Council health and Food hygiene officer inspected and approved.
Follow the Safer Food Better Business system.
All relevant documentation is available if necessary.
